To protect your booking and ensure a smooth experience, please take note of the following:
- Official Payment Channels Only: We will never change our bank account details via email. Always verify payment details through our official website or by contacting our team directly.
- Booking Terms Apply: All payments must be made in accordance with your confirmed booking policy and deadline to secure your safari.
- Sender Covers Bank Fees: For international transfers, please ensure that all transaction fees are covered on your side so that we receive the full amount.

Booking Policy
At Ibhanilfa Safaris, we are committed to making your travel experience seamless, secure, and worry-free ,starting from the very moment you confirm your booking and continuing throughout your entire journey.
Reservation & Deposit
To confirm your booking, a 30% deposit is required at the time of reservation. The remaining 70% balance must be paid no later than 30 days before your scheduled travel date.
For last-minute bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required upfront.
Flexible Changes & Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. Therefore, we offer flexible rescheduling options and fair cancellation terms as follows:
- Free date changes are allowed up to 30 days before your scheduled travel date.
- Cancellations made 60 or more days before arrival qualify for a 100% refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made between 30 and 59 days before arrival are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, which is non-refundable.
