Every con­firmed safari requires advance prepa­ra­tion, reser­va­tions, staffing, per­mits, and logis­ti­cal coor­di­na­tion in Tan­za­nia or across mul­ti­ple regions of East Africa. These time­lines allow us to deliver jour­neys with con­sis­tency, pro­fes­sion­al­ism, and care.

Deposit Requirement 

Securing Your Journey 

A 30% deposit of the total safari cost is required to con­firm your book­ing. This secures accom­mo­da­tions, spe­cial­ist guides, trans­porta­tion logis­tics, per­mits, and oper­a­tional plan­ning across your journey. 

Bal­ance Payment 

Final Payment Timeline 

The remain­ing 70% bal­ance is due 30 days prior to arrival. For short-notice book­ings made within 30 days of depar­ture, full pay­ment or a min­i­mum 50% upfront deposit may be required to guar­an­tee availability.

Every pay­ment con­tributes not only to your safari expe­ri­ence, but also to wildlife con­ser­va­tion and com­mu­nity ini­tia­tives through the Ibhanilfa Global Impact Foundation.

Early reser­va­tions are strongly encour­aged to secure avail­abil­ity dur­ing high-demand travel peri­ods and sup­port sus­tain­able oper­a­tional planning.
